Hi gang. It’s been a whole seven days since the last dose of Noughty
Nineties and that means it’s time to get back to what we all love
best.
Mind you, if seven days sounds like a long time, then it’s been a
lifetime (probably about 15 years) since I watched my home football
team play a match. I’ve never watched a football league game live in
a stadium but, tomorrow, all of that’s going to change. So, what are
the things you haven’t done for ages that you recently started again
or that you’re planning to pick up as a pre-winter treat?
I’ve got some stories of human kindness from this week’s Dannyverse
but also stories of how appallingly presumptuous technology can be.
And, as a note of commemoration for the lives that were lost fourteen
years ago today at atime when humanity was seen in all its shades, I’d
love stories of the things that you like most about America and the
songs that you associate with the United States.
I’ve got the show’s regular features for you too and your requests or
dedications will be warmly received. Just email me on
TopTunesDanny@gmail.com
or send a tweet to @TopTunesDanny using the #THRadio and #0090s
hashtags. If you’re more of an FB fan, send me a PM or post on my
