Hi everyone!
To celebrate Treehouse Radio’s first birthday this Saturday, we’re starting the festivities early by introducing some new shows and creating closer ties with The Phoenix.
Firstly, the Lunchtime Instant Requests slot has been very popular and you’ve generated some great songs for our Most Wanted database.
And it is going to get even better from tomorrow, 5 October…
The show is having a name change to reflect the nature of where it is headed. From tomorrow it will be called the 60 Minute Takeover, and that is exactly what it will be, 60 minutes of your requests.
Also, we’ve been experementing this last 2 or 3 weeks with networking the show with The Phoenix, and it’s proved so popular that we’re making this a permanent arrangement.
So, the 60 Minute Takeover will air Monday to Saturday at 1pm UK time on both Treehouse and The Phoenix, Treehouse presenting on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, the Phoenix on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
How exciting is that then?
What, you want more? Oh OK …
Every weekday at 2pm You’ll here a Treehouse or Phoenix show across the Net Radio Group.
